I have to say though, Ax Marketing is one of those companies that has a very open communication style. You can get in a call with the entire office, and they will tell you what they plan to do in the coming weeks, months, years, and how they want to build that business. One thing that is usually missing from this type of communication is how much they actually care about what you want.
Well, they do care about what we want, but they haven’t given us an honest answer yet. We can’t really judge how much they care about what we want until we know more about their plan. I’ve found that the only time they really care about a particular issue is when they’re trying to figure out a way to solve it.
