I have seen bank marketing managers who have earned huge amounts of money, and who have probably never met a customer who wasn’t happy with how their bank handled the money they deposited. Bank marketing managers will talk to thousands of customers each day and they will tell you how they handled it. They’ll tell you how they’re going to improve their processes, how they’re going to improve their customer experience, how they’re going to improve their marketing strategies.

The problem is with banks, and marketing managers, is that they are not actually helping you. They can’t do anything about it, and they won’t change the processes without a lot of work. So they simply tell you how great they are. They tell you how you can just leave your account open and you’ll be fine. They tell you how to get over your fear of opening a new account, how to avoid the mistakes in your old one.

That is why you should open an account, because you will want to use your account in every possible way until you have it right. I know how to deal with this a little bit easier. I know that there are some people that open accounts for no reason. The problem is that if you are like this you don’t really care. You are just happy that the bank has done what it has to do to make you feel like you are important.
