You don’t have to be a good talker to be a good communicator.

In marketing, the trick is to be able to communicate effectively and be understood if you want to get your message across. But it’s not just that you have to do it well, but that you have to do it consistently. In general, you should be able to work in a team where everyone is comfortable making the same calls. And for the most part, everyone knows what everyone else is doing.
