I have been doing a lot of talking about the whole grain movement in the past few months. The reason for this is because I feel like the way we are eating and grazing is so inconsistent. I don’t know why we all think we should be eating “total grain” or “all grain” but I can promise you that it will become your new diet.

No, I think we should be more aware of the sugar addiction problem. The problem is that the more you consume of a certain substance the longer the addiction will last, and the more you’ll crave the substance. This is why people have sugar addictions. A lot of sugar is addictive for the reasons I mentioned, but there are many other factors that can contribute to the addiction.
